How long does it take to receive my SlouchBack?
If ordered before 2pm Eastern time, the SlouchBack will ship same day from our warehouse in New Haven CT. It will arrive to the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic next day. Standard shipping times apply for the remaining states.
Is the cover washable?
Yes, the cover is easily removable and should be spot cleaned. Machine washing is not recommended.
It looks so big, what do I do when I want to sleep?
The SlouchBack has a built in pump: when it's not in use your turn the knob to deflate and you can easily store it.
Where do I store the Slouchback when I am not using it?
For everyday use, it's designed to fit perfectly between the bed and the wall, making it easy to accommodate unexpected company. In the SlouchBag, it can fit anywhere without taking up much space.
How long does it take to inflate and deflate?
The SlouchBack takes roughly 30 seconds to inflate or deflate.
How compact does the unit get when it is deflated?
17"L x 12"W x 7"H. It's about the size of a briefcase. When you receive the SlouchBack it comes in a handy OBOE (One Bag One Earth) SlouchBack bag, designed for storing the SlouchBack or using for everyday activities
Can I change the color of my SlouchBack?
Yes! Since life is all about customization, the covers are designed to be interchangeable and many different colors are available at SlouchBack.com
What material are the SlouchBack covers made from?
The covers are made of a durable micro-suede, providing a soft touch while being easy to clean.

How durable is the SlouchBack?
The SlouchBack is extremely durable! We placed strong emphasis on the materials and quality of craftsmanship. If there are any craftsmanship issues, your SlouchBack will be replaced immediately.
What happens if I puncture or tear the SlouchBack?
Although this has never happened, we have included an easy to use patch kit to repair any leaks.
Is it possible to over inflate the SlouchBack?
The pump cannot burst the SlouchBack but you can damage the pump if you run it for an extended period, so please do not try.
What is the warranty policy on the SlouchBack
There is a one (1) year warranty on the SlouchBack for all manufacturing defects. Please see the for complete details.
What is the return policy on the SlouchBack?
There is a 14 day no questions asked return policy. If there is any damage as a result from manufacturing, the warranty policy will be in effect for the first year.
Can I get a replacement cover?
Yes, the covers are removable and are easily changed and you can purchase a new cover on the SlouchBack website.
Does the SlouchBack really have cup-holders?
You bet! It comes with two built-in cup-holders made of an insulated material. They are located on the end of each arm rest for easy access.
